Roosevelt's 1950s to 1970s ranches and split-levels usually came with the long galley kitchens of the era, lots of straight cabinet run and not much flair. That's actually easy to work with. A long galley also means a long counter run, so we plan quartz seams where they won't show and template off the set cabinets for a tight fit.
