Do I need a permit to remodel my kitchen?
Usually not for a straight cabinet and countertop swap in the City of Bellingham or Whatcom County. If we move plumbing, gas, or electrical for an island or a new sink location, that needs a permit, and we pull it and schedule the inspection. We'll tell you up front which one your project is.
